Identity

A family of Jesus-worshipping missionaries for Morgantown and the world.

Family

We are members of God’s adoptive family.  A family does not simply gather once a week.  They eat together, pray together, grow together, gather, and live life together.  We are a family, and God is our Father (Genesis 12:1-3; John 1:12-13; Romans 12:10-16).

Worshippers

We have a real God, and we worship him.  Our hearts used to worship money and power and pleasure. But, God has given us himself through Jesus, and we worship him in all of life and in our collective gatherings (Deuteronomy 6:10-13; Philippians 2:9-11; Mark 12:28-31).

Missionaries

God is a missionary.  He pursued us with his grace and truth, and he sends us to pursue the world with grace and truth (Genesis 12:1-3; John 17:14-19; Matthew 28:16-20).

For Morgantown

We have all been placed in Morgantown by God to seek the welfare of this city.  We seek the renewal of the city spiritually, socially, and culturally with the Gospel of Jesus (Jeremiah 29:4-7; Luke 10:29-37; 1 Corinthians 9:19-23).
